We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. In this role, you will support our nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and help maintain a positive, collaborative environment throughout the building.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support nursing staff across assigned units

• Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members

• Monitor resident care plans to ensure quality and compliance

• Assist with admissions, assessments, and care coordination

• Respond to emergencies and provide hands-on clinical support as needed

• Partner with administration to drive resident satisfaction and strong clinical outcomes

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and facility policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in good standing

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience (preferred)

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

• A compassionate approach and commitment to resident-centered care
