Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a high‑energy coach who thrives at the intersection of: Personal Training Group Leadership Relationship Building This is not a role where you’ll stand in the corner counting reps. You’ll be coaching multiple members at once while still delivering individualized attention, encouragement, and accountability. The best candidate naturally commands a room, remembers names, celebrates wins, and makes every member feel seen.
