Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Optometrist to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive eye care services, diagnose and treat vision-related conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose vision problems and eye diseases.
- Develop and implement individualized vision treatment plans using appropriate clinical and diagnostic techniques.
- Provide high-quality patient care by responding promptly to patients, caregivers, and team members.
- Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and regular vision checkups.
- Maintain accurate patient medical histories and clinical records.
- Refer patients to ophthalmologists or other vision specialists when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active state optometry license in good standing.
- Strong interest in working with children.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Medicaid Provider Number and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary of $140,000–$165,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
