Registered Nurse Or Circulator

Registered Nurse will serve as OR Circulator in Grants, New Mexico, coordinating patient care and maintaining sterile environment during surgeries. The role offers a 13-week contract with potential for permanent placement and competitive weekly compensation up to $2,850.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient care throughout the surgical process as OR Circulator RN
Prepare the OR by ensuring equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and sterile
Assist surgical teams while maintaining a sterile environment
Monitor patients' vital signs and condition throughout surgery and report changes
Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and comfort
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia staff, scrub techs, and other team members

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico or compact license
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
CNOR certification
Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Minimum 1 year of recent OR circulator experience
