Aftercare Resource Navigator Supervisor

Eckerd Connects seeks an Aftercare Resource Navigator Supervisor to lead a team supporting justice-involved youth transitioning from DJJ programs back into the community. This role oversees aftercare planning, ensures youth and families access education, employment, mental health, and housing resources, and monitors progress toward successful reentry. The supervisor provides coaching, training, and quality assurance for staff, maintains compliance with DJJ and contract requirements, and uses data to drive continuous improvement. The position works closely with courts, schools, and community partners within a mission-driven, client-centered culture focused on positive youth outcomes.
