Florida Sales & Marketing Group (FSMG)is actively seeking former athletes, team leaders, and competitive individuals who want to transition their mindset into a career in sales, marketing, and leadership .

Experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, fitness, or coaching is a plus — but not required.
We train mindset, skill, and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Represent FSMG and partner brands face-to-face
Work directly with customers and business clients
Learn sales strategy, communication, and leadership
Compete daily in a performance-driven environment
Develop into leadership and management roles
