JOB SUMMARY: We areseekinga skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team atElase. In this role, you will provide personalized skincare and clinical treatments to provide best in class customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in medical aesthetics. When not performing treatments, Aestheticians work with their clinic teams tomaintainthe clinic space and engage with clients. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Laser Training Certificaterequired 1-3 years of aesthetic experiencerequired High School Diplomarequired Point of Sale Experience a plus ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and dermatological conditions, as well as familiarity with skincare products and ingredients. Excellent technical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform treatments safely and effectively. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport andestablishtrust with clients. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Professionalism, integrity, anda commitmentto upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate clientappointmentsa minimum of 32hours per week. Passion for empowering clients and colleagues, with a genuine interest in the field of medical aesthetics. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns, goals, and medical history. Perform a variety of skincare treatments and procedureswithin theaestheticianscope, including but not limited to facials,superficialchemicalpeels,andnoninvasive body contouring. Customize treatment plans and recommend skincare products based on clients' individual needs, skin type, and desired outcomes. Educate clients on proper skincare routines, post-treatment care, and lifestyle factors that mayimpactskin health and appearance. Maintainaccurateand detailed treatment records, including client information, treatment plans, product usage, and treatment outcomes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, infection control protocols, and safety standards in all aspects of service delivery. Collaborate with other members of theclinicalteamto coordinate care andoptimizetreatment outcomes. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, trusting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention. Work withclinicteam towards monthly sales goals. Oversee thePoint of Saletransaction with clients and work within the system for scheduling. ProvidedelegatedLaser Hair removal serviceswith verified training. Other duties as assigned when not performing services. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Hourly rate plus commissions and tips (compensation based on experience). This position is in-person at one of ourElaseMed Spas and requires an on-sitepresenceeach scheduled workday. Full time, rangingfrom to32-40 hoursa week depending on the needs of the business. Must be available to work when our locations are open (including nights, Saturdays, and federal holidays). Must be available for occasional company-sponsored events and training. Must be able to stand, lift, and handle heavy objects. Must be ableto beconsistently move around the spa. Full suite of medical benefits with a generous company contribution.
