On behalf of our client—a long-standing, privately‑held company —we are seeking a hands‑on Controller . Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will take full ownership of financial operations, accounting functions, and audit coordination Role Overview Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Controller will take full ownership of daily financial operations, accounting functions, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Oversee month-end/year-end closing, bank reconciliations, and GL management. Prepare rolling forecasts, handle tax compliance, and process AP/AR. Manage foreign consolidations and currency conversions. Lead external audit prep, year-end tax filings, and partner K-1 work. Requirements Experience: 5+ years in accounting with a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance. Tech Skills: Advanced MS Excel and QuickBooks (implementation experience a plus). Certifications: CPA or CMA preferred, but not required. 100% Employer-Paid Premiums: Health, Dental, and Vision (BCBS).
