This role serves as an important bridge between direct care staff and program leadership by ensuring high-quality, person-centered services, regulatory compliance, and effective team coordination. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Assistant Program Manager is responsible for providing hands‑on leadership, staff guidance, and administrative support while helping to ensure that individuals supported receive care that promotes dignity, independence, and community inclusion in accordance with all state, federal, and agency requirements.
