I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience in the business and a strong foundation for building an agency of my own. Our agency offers paid time off, a Simple IRA retirement plan, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As a newer and growing agency, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get in early, make an impact, and grow alongside the business. Our office atmosphere is laid-back, low-drama, and focused on getting results. I’m looking for someone who is personable, outgoing, and willing to work hard to reach their goals. The right person knows how to grind when it’s time to work while still contributing positively to the team and office environment. If you’re motivated, enjoy connecting with people, and want to bring real value to a growing agency, we’d love to meet you. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Anna Jones - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
