FUNCIONES:
-Revisión de fechas y correcta rotación de todos los productos cárnicos.
-Verificación de los cortes para garantizar un aspecto de calidad.
-Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad e higiene adecuados.
-Ayudar a mantener un inventario preciso.
-Envolver la carne y trabajar en las vitrinas del departamento.
-Observar el mantenimiento adecuado de la báscula y la higiene
-Tareas adicionales asignadas por el Encargado de Carnes de turno.
HABILIDADES: Capacidad para permanecer de forma segura cerca o alrededor del equipo de corte y picado de carne en el Departamento mientras está en funcionamiento.
REQUISITOS FÍSICOS DEL PUESTO:
Debe ser capaz de levantar y controlar hasta 40 libras. Este puesto implica estar de pie, caminar, alcanzar, girarse, inclinarse/agacharse y movimientos repetitivos de brazos y manos.
