Your Role As an Account Relationship Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our donation efforts. Your mission? Engage businesses, build relationships, and secure unused electronic devices from key industries like hospitality, entertainment, and travel. What You’ll Do: Identify and reach out to businesses (hotels, amusement parks, airports, etc.) Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers Negotiate and secure device donations Track and manage accounts using CRM tools Work closely with marketing and the 911 Cell Phone Bank team Hit targets and earn performance‑based bonuses! What We’re Looking For: Customer Service & Sales Experience – Prior sales experience is required!
