Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm (MON-FRI)

What's the Job?

• Operate machines and equipment to assist with manufacturing processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions
• Record production data accurately, including good parts and scrap
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret tape measures and measuring devices
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to follow instructions and use hand tools
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a noisy environment with dust, grease, and oils
