These values include:Customer Focused InnovationIntegrityTeamworkOpen CommunicationEfficiencyLearningPosition Overview:The Test/Assembly Technician works under the direction of the Production Supervisor in a cleanroom environment to perform product assembly, testing, and basic troubleshooting. This role is a key contributor to ensuring product quality and supporting production goals.Key Responsibilities:Perform assembly of electro-mechanical chemical delivery systemsConduct functional testing of production assembliesTroubleshoot and repair basic issues in prototype and production systemsAnalyze and document test results accuratelyAssist in evaluating and repairing returned productsFollow established procedures, drawings, and schematicsCollaborate with engineering and quality teams on continuous improvement effortsMaintain 5S standards and a clean, organized workspaceAdhere to all safety and cleanroom protocolsQualifications:Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electro-mechanical assemblyProficient use of written and verbal EnglishProficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to utilize test equipment and tools related to assembly and troubleshootingAbility to read and understand diagrams, procedures, drawings and schematicsAbility to work in clean room environmentAbility to lift approximately 35 pounds.U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.What We Offer:The salary range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.RASIRC values employee growth and development and with that has a comprehensive training program to ensure that you reach the goals of your position, as well as provide the resources needed for your future career goals.Health and Wellness Benefits: RASIRC pays 100% of the premium for the designated employee base health insurance plan through a multiple-plan private exchange and contributes 25% toward dependent health insurance coverage.
