Miembro del equipo de instalación de cercas
Santa Cruz, CA 95065
El nuevo miembro del equipo trabajará como parte de un equipo para brindar a los clientes un
producto de alta calidad y un excelente servicio al cliente. Su función será de apoyo, siguiendo
las instrucciones del instalador principal de cercas y de los miembros senior del equipo.
Deberá tener buenas habilidades de comunicación y tratar a los clientes y sus propiedades con
el más alto grado de respeto. También deberá mantener una actitud positiva y tratar a sus
compañeros de trabajo de manera profesional y respetuosa. Habilidades y experiencia requeridas
- Experiencia trabajando en cualquier área de la construcción.
- Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre, bajo condiciones climáticas razonables, durante 8
- horas.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 60 libras durante la jornada laboral.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir las instrucciones del instalador principal.
- Realizar tareas físicas relacionadas con la construcción de cercas, incluyendo:
- Desmantelar cercas antiguas y cargar vehículos de desecho.
- Excavar hoyos.
- Transportar tierra y materiales.
- Mezclar concreto.
- Retirar bases de concreto.
- Limpiar el área de trabajo al final de cada día y al finalizar el proyecto.
Requisitos
- Bilingüe en inglés y español.
- Licencia de conducir y capacidad para conducir un camión de servicio mediano.
- Capacidad para realizar viajes al vertedero de manera eficiente.
- Capacidad para utilizar de forma segura herramientas manuales y eléctricas pequeñas,
- como sierras circulares, sierras alternativas, taladros, martillos neumáticos, etc.
