The Cole Resource Center (CRC) Workforce Program is seeking a part-time Workforce Specialist to support individuals living with mental health challenges as they pursue vocational steps, offering compassionate listening, coaching, and safe spaces for information sharing. The WS will help develop educational opportunities for the peer community and report to senior CRC staff.
