Onsite Recruiter / Account Manager

Location:  Onsite at Sterling’s Major Account (Austin, TX)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Total Compensation: $50,000 -$100,000

We’re seeking a driven Onsite Recruiter / Account Manager to support one of our major clients onsite. This role is a blend of hands-on recruiting, contractor care, and strategic account management

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?

1. Serve as the onsite representative of Sterling Engineering at a key client facility
2. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and proactively source qualified candidates for both light industrial and technical roles
3. Own the full cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and coordinating hiring logistics
4. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience and ensure compliance with both Sterling and client procedures
5. Act as the primary point of contact for Sterling contractors at the site, offering support with performance, attendance, and workplace concerns
6. Manage contractor engagement and retention while resolving any issues with professionalism and urgency
7. Maintain accurate candidate and employee data within Sterling's ATS and client systems
8. Coordinate with Sterling’s internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence

WHAT YOU BRING?

1. 5+ years of recruiting and account management experience, preferably in a staffing or talent acquisition environment
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
3. Flexibility with travel
4. Experience filling light industrial and technical positions is highly preferred
5. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced, client-facing role
6. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
7. High proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
