We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to join a light manufacturing organization in Las Vegas. This contract to permanent opportunity with permanent potential is well suited for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, delivering consultative support, and helping partners succeed through responsive service. In this role, you will work closely with new and existing accounts, contribute to sales growth, and provide a high-quality customer experience across every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop meaningful relationships with partners by understanding their business priorities, operational needs, and areas for future growth.

• Support the onboarding of new accounts by assisting with setup, education, and training so partners can begin working effectively and confidently.

• Strengthen existing customer relationships by identifying ways to increase engagement, broaden solution usage, and encourage long-term account development.

• Review and qualify incoming leads, then direct prospects to the most appropriate sales resource or channel based on their needs.

• Address customer questions promptly and coordinate with internal departments to resolve service or account-related issues efficiently.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, opportunities, and next steps in company systems.

• Build strong knowledge of product lines and solution offerings to provide informed recommendations and day-to-day sales support.

• Partner with outside sales and cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive a consistent and well-coordinated experience.

• Conduct proactive outreach to support account retention, uncover new opportunities, and contribute to ongoing revenue growth.

• Assist with order entry and post-sales support to help ensure a smooth process from initial inquiry through follow-up service.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer support, account coordination, or a related business function is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and maintain positive business relationships.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with inbound sales, outbound sales, order entry, or post-sales support is highly valued.
