Step into an impactful part-time opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in a dynamic school environment near New Braunfels, TX. This contract role is designed for an SLPA seeking consistent, meaningful work, providing services for two days per week (16 hours total) through the end of the school year, with the term running from ASAP through 5/28/27.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in school settings, a passion for helping children succeed, and the ability to start promptly as a backfill solution. Recent graduates are not being considered at this time.

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license in Texas
• Previous experience as an SLPA in school environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a part-time schedule
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to student success

Responsibilities:

• Support speech-language pathologists in delivering interventions and therapy to students
• Assist with documentation and progress tracking per school and legal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure coordinated care for students
• Provide services according to students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times
