• Experience: 1+ years of administrative support in a warehouse/retail environment and 1+ years of bookkeeping/accounting (AP, AR, Collections).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook), multi-line phone systems, and fast, accurate data entry.
• Attributes: Excellent verbal communication, sharp attention to detail, polished phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask in a active office setting.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Role operates primarily in a standard office setting, with periodic exposure to battery warehouse conditions (moving equipment, airborne particles, PPE requirements).
• Comfortable sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods, with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Financial & Administrative Support: Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, customer invoicing, collections, vendor bills, and routine financial closes (monthly, quarterly, and year-end).
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional support over multi-line phones and in person, assisting front-counter retail customers as needed.
• Operations Support: Process daily data files, maintain the dealer database, assist with inventory counts, and reconcile variances.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with general daily administrative duties to keep the business moving forward with accuracy and speed.
