General Statement of Job The purpose of the position is to assist in providing oversight during the hours that the facility is open to the public, to provide direction to guests and volunteer ushers, and to complete all customer service functions related to Lauderhill Performing Arts Center ( LPAC ) events, under the general supervision of the General Manager or designee. Employees in this position are responsible for ensuring professional customer courtesy, overseeing the lobby and interior of the theater during shows, communicating effectively with the House Manager to ensure timely house opening, directing the general public, enforcing all safety and show specific policies and procedures throughout the venue, assisting in concessions during intermission, and light clean up in the house and lobby after the event, on an on-call/temporary basis.
