Technical RecruiterWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support a client's Spend Technology Engineering organization. This recruiter will play a critical role in scaling the team by end of the year and continued growth planned for next year. The ideal candidate has a strong background recruiting software engineers and understands today's evolving technology landscape, including AI-enabled development environments.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology and engineering positions (source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the full hiring lifecycle)Partner closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and hiring plans.Recruit and screen candidates for Software Engineering roles, including:.NET EngineersJava EngineersDatabricks EngineersAI-focused Software DevelopersSource, assess, and engage high-caliber technical talent through multiple channels.Evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds, including experience with agentic AI design and development.Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and drive candidates through the hiring process efficiently.Track recruiting metrics and maintain pipeline activity within ATS systems.Support high-volume hiring initiatives while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
