Server / Food Service Worker Regina Health Center Metz Culinary Management is seeking hospitality-driven individuals to join our team at Regina Health Center. We are a family-driven company that collaborates with partners to deliver restaurant-inspired hospitality to every guest. Position Overview We are looking for "Rock Star" team members who share our passion for food and service. As a server, you will ensure residents receive amazing meals with unexpected service and smiles. Field Details Position Type Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available Salary Range $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Location Regina Health Center Start Date Immediately Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, amazing service to patients and residents. Assist with meal selection, tray set-up, delivery, and removal of food trays. Maintain compliance with patient dietary instructions under the guidance of clinical dietitian staff. Assist in kitchen duties including plating, cafe set-up/tear-down, and sanitation. Follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines. Schedule & Availability We offer flexible schedules to meet our operational needs: Shift Rotations: Includes Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts. Weekend Availability: Rotational weekend shifts are required. Flexibility: Full-time (30+ hours/week) and Part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) positions are available. Qualifications Experience: Hospitality or server experience is desired, but we are willing to train candidates with a passion for food. Attitude: A strong work ethic and a smile is required. Skills: Ability to thrive in a team environment and perform basic mathematical tasks for inventory. Compliance: Must be 18 years or older and able to pass required background checks and drug screenings. Benefits Daily Pay Option: Optional employee benefit to receive pay daily. Hospitality experience is desired and a SMILE is required! Depending on the location, here are examples of the types of Foodservice Worker positions available: Culinary Team Members Our Team Members start their Culinary Career learning the front and back of the Dining Services Industry. In a hospitality driven, multi dining outlet setting, you will perform duties to include plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas, or assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Must bring a strong work ethic, a SMILE and enjoy working in a TEAM environment Line and Prep Cooks Prepare and present DELICIOUS meals and IMPRESSIVE presentations following our Executive Chef Menus. Ability to inventory and portion ingredients. Additionally, assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Experience as a cook or culinary schooling would be ideal but we willing to train the right person with a passion for food. Dietary Aids (Patient Food Service) Our Team of Dietary Aids ensure our patients and residents receive AMAZING in-room meals with unexpected service and smiles! Under the guidance of our Clinical Dietitian staff, our Dietary Aids ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions. Our servers assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal of food trays with strong focus on HOSPITALITY and demonstrating compassion and amazing service to our guest Patients and Residents.
