Customer service rep

Randstad has partnered with an organization to assist with filling their open Customer Service opportunity. This position will support the sales team throughout the order process. The ideal candidate will have a few years of customer service experience with excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. salary: $25 - $27 per hour shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Answer phones and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner Enter sales orders into the system and ensure proper followthrough Correspond with clients and suppliers about order inquiries Support Sales Managers with the order process ensuring accuracy in quotes and resolving any issues Track orders and ensure the system is updated with pertinent information Additional support tasks as required Qualifications At least 3 years of customer service experience, supporting a sales team Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quick with learning new systems Skills Order entry Microsoft Office Customer Service B2B Business to Business Communication Problem Solving Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
