Production WorkerSeeking a Production Worker to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This position involves machine operation, assembly, quality inspection, packaging, and general production duties. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working on their feet throughout the shift.ResponsibilitiesOperate and load/unload production equipmentPerform basic assembly using small hand toolsInspect finished products for qualityComplete basic quality and weight checksPackage, label, and palletize finished productsClean and organize equipment and work areasFollow all safety procedures and production standardsQualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferredGood hand dexterity and attention to detailComfortable performing repetitive tasksAbility to stand for the majority of the shiftWillingness to work mandatory overtime as neededSteel-toed shoes requiredWork EnvironmentFast-paced manufacturing environmentMonday through Friday with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunitiesOvertime may be required based on production needsRequired PPE includes safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoesOpportunities for advancement and increased responsibilitiesJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of INDIANAPOLIS, IN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
