Summary The Asset Protection Visual Security Officer provides a visible, welcoming presence in the store to help deter theft and support a safe shopping environment. The role also contributes to a positive customer experience by greeting customers and offering assistance. Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor. Visually monitor customer traffic entering and exiting the store. Deter theft through observation and communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection or Security. Help maintain a safe environment for customers and colleagues. Requirements No education or experience is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team. Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
