Insurance Producer

We’re seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Producer – Heavy Farming Insurance to help expand our reach and serve the evolving needs of agricultural clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who understands the heavy farming industry, thrives on building trust‑based client relationships, and is energized by developing new business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing an assigned territory, strengthening existing accounts, and helping clients protect their operations with the right insurance solutions. What You’ll Do As Producer, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and supporting long‑term client success. Responsibilities include: Growing your assigned territory through proactive prospecting and relationship development Identifying new business opportunities through market research, referrals, demographics, and sales contacts Developing prospects through outbound calls, online tools, company databases, and cold outreach Managing and retaining existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth Negotiating contract terms with new and existing clients Reviewing client operations, exposures, and risk management needs to recommend effective coverage solutions Partnering closely with Account Managers to deliver tailored solutions to prospective and existing clients Monitoring account profitability and retention Re-negotiating rates as market conditions evolve Traveling throughout the assigned territory as needed Supporting a professional, collaborative environment for both clients and colleagues What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who combines industry knowledge with strong sales instincts and a commitment to client service.
