Treasury Management Product Manager

We’re looking for a strategic product manager who will be part of the team that is transforming the Revenue Management platform and delivering strategic capabilities to enhance pricing strategy, strengthen governance, minimize manual touchpoints & revenue leakage and drive adoption across Sales and Product. The core capabilities are being built in partnership with an external vendor (providing the core platform), internal technology and Product teams. The candidate will also be responsible for the rollout and user onboarding to the new platform, guiding migration from legacy tools, and partnering with the external vendor to deliver a scalable, high-quality solution. This role blends analytical rigor, product ownership, and change leadership to accelerate profitable growth and operational discipline.

What You’ll Do

Product Ownership (Pricing Tools)

· Act in the capacity of a product owner for pricing-related tools, including the new Pricing tool: define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and manage cross-functional roadmaps.

· Translate business needs into clear epics/stories; ensure robust documentation (requirements, release notes, functional specs).

· Review the product backlog and ensure the delivery plans are aligned with rollout plans and address business requirements

Tool Rollout, Onboarding & Migration

· Design and execute the Sales rollout plan (pilots, phased deployments, change champions, “train-the-trainer” programs).

· Build the user onboarding journey (personas, curricula, training assets, office hours, “war room” support).

· Lead migration planning (data mapping, readiness criteria, controls) from legacy pricing/billing systems into the new platform.

· Establish adoption KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops; track usage and remove friction to scale adoption.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

· Act as the business lead with the vendor to align on scope, timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.

· Partner closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk/Controls to deliver end-to-end outcomes (approvals, billing integration, profitability views).

Execution & Change Leadership

· Drive large transformation initiatives with disciplined program management and change management practices.

Qualifications

· 5–7+ years in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Commercial Product roles, with measurable impact on revenue optimization.

· 4–6+ years as a Product Manager/Product Owner delivering enterprise tools or platforms.

· Proven experience rolling out pricing/deal tools to Sales, including user onboarding and migration from legacy systems.

· Hands-on familiarity with pricing platforms or price optimization tools

· Strong vendor management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Technology and Operations.

· Comfortable partnering with Treasury Management Sales and/or Relationship Managers and conducting product walkthroughs or demos

· Fluency in data analysis (Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus) and in building KPI dashboards for adoption and performance.

· Demonstrated change management capability (communications, training assets, super-user networks, executive updates).

· Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and executive-ready storytelling.

Nice to Have

· Experience with treasury management/deposit pricing, FTP methodologies, and profitability frameworks.

· Background integrating pricing tools with billing/approval workflows and data pipelines.

· Agile delivery experience (backlog management, sprint cadence, UAT leadership).
