RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We're looking for a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to help ensure the quality and safety of protective plastic packaging used in industrial, food, and medical applications. Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Rotating Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation (Work 2 days, Off 2 days, Work 3 days)

Work Environment: Warm to hot production temperatures

What You'll Do

• Perform in-process and final inspections of plastic film products
• Check product dimensions including length, width, and thickness
• Conduct visual inspections for defects such as discoloration, gels, voids, and imperfections
• Use measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, rulers, and testing equipment
• Monitor production samples to ensure product consistency
• Document inspection results and enter quality data into company systems
• Maintain lot traceability and accurate production records
• Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to production teams
• Assist with non-conforming material investigations and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow GMP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and company quality standards

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical training or certifications are a plus
• 1-3 years of quality inspection experience, preferably in manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or other regulated industries
• Experience working with measuring and inspection equipment
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO 9001, and FSSC 22000 standards preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
