As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first and last impression of the resort, providing exceptional guest service throughout the guest experience. You will warmly welcome guests, efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and billing inquiries, and ensure every guest receives personalized, luxury-level service.
Essential Responsibilities
* Greet guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
* Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
* Process room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
* Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
* Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, dining options, local attractions, and special events.
* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily balancing procedures.
* Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate concerns when appropriate.
* Promote resort services, amenities, and loyalty programs.
* Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel property management system.
Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience required; hospitality experience preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer proficiency; hotel property management system experience is a plus.
* Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
