Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Clear Lake, SD by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
HMD Trucking is recruiting OTR team CDL A Dry Van drivers to transport Hazmat freight nationwide.
Drivers earn 77 CPM split plus 2 CPM on Hazmat loads, averaging 5,000 miles per week, plus bonuses for safety, clean inspections, and referrals.
Equipment & Support:
- Trucks under three years old with APUs, inverters, sleepers
- Dedicated in-house maintenance team
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely move hazardous materials coast to coast
- Comply with DOT and Hazmat guidelines
- Maintain precise trip logs and delivery forms
