Job Details About the Role Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Finance & Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting financial operations, accounting, reporting, and cash management activities while partnering with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving complex problems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze and process financial transactions, funding requests, distributions, and other operational activities. Prepare general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, cash transactions, and account analyses. Support periodic financial reporting and operational reporting processes. Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to respond to inquiries and ensure timely, accurate information. Prepare financial analyses, reporting packages, and ad hoc reports for business partners. Assist with special projects focused on process improvements and operational efficiency. Monitor cash balances and support banking activities across multiple business entities. Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with internal controls and established procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, fund operations, corporate finance, or a related field. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis and data manipulation. Experience working with accounting systems, general ledgers, financial reporting platforms, and large datasets. Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
