This role involves developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving efficiencies within the organization. This role is ideal for a strategic and innovative leader who is passionate about talent acquisition and driving organizational success through effective candidate generation. Work Arrangement: Remote. Prior Delivery Lead experience required. Will manage requisitions and lead a team. Interview, hire, coach, lead, and develop a team of sourcers, managing their workflow and delegating job assignments. Cultivate strong relationships with client teams and serve as the expert in all areas of sourcing talent, focusing on performance and return on investment. Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet growing business demands through innovative methods. Develop formal recruiting strategic plans and analytics to evaluate the team’s progress and achievements. Provide recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technology, sourcing tools, and best practices. The Delivery Lead – Candidate Generation will lead a team of (Specialized) Talent Sourcers and Senior Talent Consultants, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth. Bachelor’s Degree in a related business discipline or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience. 2 years’ experience in a managerial role within a sourcing or recruiting environment.

Strong ATS/CRM/Technical skills with the ability to utilize technology to increase productivity and achieve results. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
