Overview A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team in the execution of running their assigned location. Primary Responsibilities Learn how to lead and run excellent shifts. Deliver top quality food. Enjoy customer service the Jersey Mikes way. Use communication skills to motivate team members. Role model a sense of urgency. Embrace Jersey Mikes policies and procedures. Expectations Work 30+ hours a week. Have the ability to get to and from work on time. Maintain open communication with AGM and GM. Lead your team by example, embracing our standards at Jersey Mikes.
