About the Opportunity

Ready to build and lead a business in your local market?

We are recruiting a Territory Entrepreneur & Business Owner on behalf of HI Assessments , a Swedish company providing assessment tools for recruitment and employee development. The company helps organisations understand people’s personalities, thinking abilities and workplace behaviours to support better hiring and development decisions. You will establish and grow the business in your territory, develop customer relationships and build a local team. The client will support you with its assessment platform, technology, expertise, brand resources and commercial guidance. This opportunity suits an experienced commercial professional who already owns a business or wants to start one. Individuals and small founding teams of two to three people are welcome.

What You Will Do

• Establish and grow the business in your territory.

• Develop a local market strategy and generate new business opportunities.

• Manage the full sales process, from prospecting to signing contracts.

• Build long-term relationships with HR leaders, recruitment agencies and enterprise customers.

• Develop partnerships with HR technology companies and applicant tracking system providers.

• Establish local operations and recruit a team as the business grows.

• Represent the business at conferences, networking events and industry forums.

• Take responsibility for growing recurring customer revenue.

Who You Are

Must Have

• A strong track record in sales, business development or entrepreneurship.

• An established network within HR, recruitment, talent acquisition or related sectors.

• The ability to build trust, develop customer relationships and close business opportunities.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.

• The ability to commit fully to building the business.

• A practical understanding of the risks and responsibilities of starting and growing a business.

Nice to Have

• Experience in assessment solutions, recruitment consulting, executive search, HR technology, talent management or B2B SaaS.

• Experience launching a business, developing a new market or leading a commercial team.

• An existing business, access to investment resources or potential business partners.

Support and Business Model

The client provides:

• An assessment platform and ongoing product development.

• Assessment expertise and methodology.

• Brand resources, commercial guidance and operational support.

• Collaboration and knowledge sharing with an international network of entrepreneurs.

This is an entrepreneurial business ownership opportunity with a revenue-sharing income model. Commercial terms and any initial financial support will be discussed individually during the selection process and are subject to agreement.
