What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager at Skate City Shawnee, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers leave with smiles on their faces. Here’s a glimpse of what your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the day-to-day management of the facility. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have a positive experience. Supporting and motivating team members to perform their best. Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and other operational tasks as needed.
