We WILL train the right candidates for the exciting field of auto sales!Outside sales experience is appreciated, but not requiredExperience with customers of all income levelsAttend product and sales training courses as requested by Sales Manager.Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsHonesty, Integrity, Commitment, Perseverance and the will to succeed!Must know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile salesBasic computer proficiencyProfessional appearanceValid driver’s license of at least three years and clean driving record, no major infractions, at least three yearsApplicants must be authorized to work in the USAApplicants must pass pre-employment background checks including motor vehicle record, and drug screenThank you for your interest in joining our team -Crown Automotive has 57 years in the business!
