What You'll Do As the RN Nursing Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and support throughout your shift. Responsibilities include: Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff. Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations. Supervise and mentor nurses and nursing assistants. Respond to clinical concerns and resident needs. Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Assist with admissions, incident follow-up, and other clinical matters as needed. Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Current RN license in good standing in the state of employment. Previous nursing management, supervisory, or charge nurse experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
