If you want to join a dynamic team within an exciting growing industry, please apply.The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising Assembly and Test Operators, and monitoring, maintaining, and controlling direct functions within the manufacturing shop.Roles and Responsibilities:Train and coach employees in administrative and technical processes and procedures.Ensure the safety of employees.Ensure that workers have the necessary equipment and prints to perform their duties.Resolve production issues and escalate those that require management attention.Educate employees on quality standards and procedures.Develop work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes.Conduct performance review and formal performance/career development discussions with direct reports.Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.Qualifications And Experience:High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED)Experience in supervisory roles preferred.Experience working with assembly related operations or equivalent preferred.Fluency, both written and verbal, in English.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without current or future sponsorship.ALL APPLICANTS FOR U.S. ROLES MUST CAREFULLY READ ALL THE SUPPLEMENTAL U.S. SPECIFIC INFORMATION LISTED BELOW.SLB is committed to a culture where everyone feels like they belong.
