Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a position (32 hours per week) in our Housekeeping Department for a Housekeeper.

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• The Housekeeper position is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment at Floyd Valley Hospital, clinics and other Floyd Valley Healthcare buildings and campus.
• Must be able to read and write English and have the ability to follow oral directions and work independently.
• Previous office or commercial cleaning experience and/or training is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds regularly and up to 45 pounds occasionally.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED or 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.
