- Schedule: 1st Shift
- Status: Full-time, standard hours with potential overtime
- Set up and operate manual MIG welding equipment for production runs.
- Perform accurate single-pass welds—both short and long bead applications.
- Complete rough cuts and apply orbital sanding to achieve required finish.
- Interpret blueprints to determine weld sequence, orientation, and tolerances.
- Measure and confirm weld and material height, depth, and thickness.
- Maintain detailed workmanship and consistent quality checks.
- Regularly lift and move items up to 60 lbs.
- Demonstrated MIG welding experience.
- Proficiency with welding equipment setup and operation.
- Ability to execute single-pass welds and conduct rough cutting.
- Comfort operating an orbital sander.
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Meets physical requirements (lift/carry up to 60 lbs consistently).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Welding certification or related training preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Welding setups for production (proficient).
- Blueprint reading (proficient).
- Equipment used: MIG Welder; orbital sander.
