We analyze how brands and competitors are represented in AI-generated responses, giving companies actionable insights to improve visibility and positioning in the emerging AI discovery layer.

We are an early-stage company building in a new category at the intersection of AI, search, and competitive intelligence.

The Role

We are hiring Founding Account Executives (independent contractors) to help us build our U.S. customer base.

This is a fully remote, independent role where you will own the full sales cycle.

You will be responsible for:

• Prospecting and generating your own pipeline (outbound-led)
• Running discovery calls with potential customers
• Delivering demos and explaining the product value
• Managing the full sales process end-to-end
• Closing new business

We will provide:

• Product training and positioning guidance
• Sales materials and recommended outreach framework
• Support on use cases and messaging

You will fully own your schedule, pipeline management, and execution.

Important Structure (Please Read Carefully)

This is an independent contractor role (not an employee position).

• You are not required to work fixed hours
• You are responsible for your own activity and pipeline
• You are free to structure your work however you choose
• You are expected to proactively generate and manage opportunities
• No BASE SALARY IS CURRENTLY OFFERED. COMPENSATION IS 100% PERFORMANCE BASED
• We expect you to manage your funnel independently

This is a performance-based role suited for self-directed sales professionals.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for people who:

• Have experience in B2B SaaS or software sales
• Have previously closed deals (not only SDR experience)
• Are comfortable building and managing their own pipeline
• Can operate independently without heavy structure
• Have strong outbound and consultative selling skills
• Are motivated by uncapped commission upside
• Are comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment

Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is a plus.

Compensation

Each customer has an average annual contract value of $10,000+ USD

You earn 20% commission per closed deal (~$2,000 USD per customer)

Commission is paid when the customer pays their first invoice

There is no cap on earnings.

Performance Benchmarks (Benchmarks, Not Requirements)

We expect performance to vary depending on experience and effort.

Typical ranges after ramp:

~1 closed deal per month (baseline performance)

2–4+ deals per month for top performers

This is a guideline to understand potential, not a guaranteed quota.

Future Opportunity

Top-performing contractors may have the opportunity to transition into more formalized roles as we expand our U.S. operations.
