Position Title: Manager Treasury Operations

Location: Reston, VA - hybrid on-site 3x/week

Assignment Type: Direct hire

Compensation : $175-190K

Job Description:

• Partner cross-functionally with Global Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Legal, Tax, IT, HR, and Operations to support enterprise initiatives, strategic projects, and ongoing business needs
• Support executive reporting and presentations, translating treasury data into clear insights for leadership
• Oversee cash management activities including cash concentration, wire transfers, account funding, payment scheduling, and liquidity optimization
• Support cash forecasting and liquidity planning processes to ensure accurate visibility of global cash positions
• Manage intercompany transactions including lending, dividend execution, and account balancing
• Drive banking relationship management, including fee analysis, negotiation, and optimization of global banking structures
• Lead or support global treasury initiatives focused on banking optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost savings
• Support month-end close activities related to treasury, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables
• Produce and maintain treasury reporting including cash, liquidity, interest, and dividend reporting
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and accounting requirements
• Contribute to fraud prevention and risk mitigation practices
• Serve as treasury systems subject matter expert and administrator
• Support implementation of banking technologies, automation initiatives, and system enhancements
• Improve treasury and AP workflows through process redesign and optimization
• Perform system troubleshooting, testing, and validation of enhancements and changes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years of treasury experience
• At least 2+ years of experience supporting multinational treasury operations
• Experience in cash management and cash forecasting required
• Prior experience in government contracting environments preferred or required depending on role scope
