- Bank and credit card reconciliation.
- Monthly financial reporting and overview statements.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable updates.
- Invoicing
- Proven work experience as an accountant.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiarity with finance regulations.
- Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience working for the US.
