ATM Implementation Specialist

Supporting ATM implementation projects from planning through activation, the full-time remote ATM Implementation Specialist will coordinate setup activities, manage project plans, and serve as the primary client-facing contact to ensure successful delivery and service readiness. Key responsibilities Coordinate ATM implementation activities from project initiation through completion for client installations and related changes Manage project plans and track deliverables based on client onboarding and implementation requirements Investigate and help resolve technical issues that arise during implementation by coordinating with appropriate teams and resources Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in implementation, project coordination, or operations support in a client-facing environment Experience working with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables and resolve issues Strong experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a business environment Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and apply them in a structured implementation environment Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience Virtual Vocations Inc
