Reconstruction Project ManagerThe Reconstruction Project Manager we need is a proactive, results driven, and detailed problem solver who can help property owners put their lives together after a traumatic event such as a fire or flood. If you take pride in your ability to project manage and consider yourself an expert in construction renovation – you've come to the right place. In this role, you will supervise the renovation, oversee employees/sub-contractors, and manage cost with the insurance providers.Responsibilities:Take charge and manage the life cycle of a variety of reconstruction projects from planning to execution to closeAutonomously produce while having the support of estimating and planning teamEstablish systems that result in the overall success of projects (i.e., quality workmanship, client relationships, safety, cleanliness, and tradespeople conduct)Manage estimatorsTrain and coach team members that produce reconstruction projectsCommunicate with customers frequently on the status of the jobCommunicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and property ownersResolve conflicts with carriers, property owners, vendors, and tradesmenManage and exceed budget expectationsQualifications:3+ years of Construction Project Management experience required5+ years in hands-on construction or trades work preferredStrong planning/scheduling and communication skillsSelf-motivated and goal orientedAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills and a professional demeanorWillingness to work hard … and sweat the details!Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary + commission planCompany vehicleContinuing Leadership Development - our company grows from the inside and offer paid training opportunities to advance your career.Great culture and team dynamicSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
