Job Title Quality Specialist Location Parsippany, NJ Type Direct Hire Compensation $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 Work Model Remote – offsite Hours 40.0 Responsibilities Support and administer the Electronic Quality Management System (Veeva), including user access, reports, system configuration, validation, and end-user support. Assist with document control activities such as document creation, formatting, review, approval workflows, and lifecycle management. Develop and manage training curricula, monitor training completion, and support training materials and user guides within Veeva. Coordinate Change Control Review Board (CCRB) activities, prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and track change control progress. Support quality metrics collection, trending, and reporting; participate in internal and external audit preparations. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, inspection readiness activities, and other Quality Assurance tasks as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Document Control, or related regulated environment. Experience with electronic quality management systems (preferably Veeva) is a plus. Basic understanding of GxP regulations and quality system requirements. Strong organizational, project coordination, and documentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
