$79,000 - $110,000+ Base + Bonus Potential

Are you an experienced legal billing professional with leadership experience and a strong background in eBilling? We're partnering with a rapidly growing managed services organization that supports some of the nation's leading law firms and professional services organizations.

We are seeking a Billing Manager to lead a team of 10-12 billing professionals, oversee legal billing operations, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced environment supporting a national law firm.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 billing professionals
• Oversee legal billing, invoice processing, verification, and payment activities
• Manage eBilling workflows and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines
• Perform account reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis
• Develop and improve billing policies, procedures, and operational efficiencies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal billing management experience
• Experience managing billing teams
• Strong eBilling background
• Hands on experience with Aderant and/or Elite 3E
• Experience working within a law firm environment
• Knowledge of legal billing platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience supporting large or national law firms
• Consulting or outsourcing industry experience
