Do you love helping people, creating great shopping experiences, and working in a stylish retail environment? If you're friendly, organized, and enjoy staying busy, we'd love to meet you! Our branded merchandise boutique is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Store Associate in the Auburn Hills MI area who's ready to deliver exceptional service and keep our store looking its best.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you'll help create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly attitude
Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully and helping customers find the perfect products
Assist shoppers with product recommendations and provide a smooth, positive checkout experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Restock shelves and assist with merchandising to showcase our branded merchandise
Manage inventory and help receive deliveries
Lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs) when unloading shipments and restocking products
Handle customer questions or concerns professionally
Keep the sales floor and storage areas tidy and organized

Requirements

We're searching for someone who brings positive energy, strong attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for helping people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay productive in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Previous retail experience preferred
Basic knowledge of retail store operations
Ability to follow established processes and work independently
