We are looking for a part-time Warehouse Operations Assistant for our Ann Arbor warehouse location.Our culture is one of caring and collaboration, and we enjoy a flexible and team-oriented environment.What You'll DoReceive UPS packages daily and review shipment contentsUnpackage, sort, and stock contents in a neatly organized and secure fashionClean and test medical devices to prepare for redistributionPerform minor repairs on medical devices as neededAssist with printing of marketing materialsPerform routine cleaning tasksEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as safety-related protocolsDemonstrate performance aligned with WRS guiding principles, including caring, collaboration, trustparency, and innovationWhat You'll BringHigh School Diploma (or equivalent)Intermediate computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Word/ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA positive, customer-focused attitude and strong work ethicAbility to multi-task, problem-solve, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAbility to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day and ability to stand for long periods of time
